General Construction
Regent Construction carry out a variety of projects both Architectural and QS Lead.
Design and Build works are also considered on the basis that the project falls within capabilities and deliverables.
Residential New Build
Some of Regent’s new build schemes are highlighted below:
- Two speculative properties for Regent Construction Directors
- A flint cottage at Babraham for Pembroke College
- Four, 3 & 4 bed, three storey townhouses in Royston for NPK Holdings Ltd
- A two bedroom house at Bulstrode Gardens for a Private Client
Civil Engineering
Various Civil Engineering Projects have been delivered over the last 12 years ranging from construction of Helipads for East Anglian Air Ambulance at Cambridge Airport to installing new sewerage treatment plants, roads, car parks, sports pitches and basements.
Commercial Fit Out
The Company have carried out various commercial fit out projects throughout the country, including end of dilapidation and shop unit refurbishments in Cambridge, Maidstone, Exeter and Ely for Trinity College.
