Health and Safety is adhered to in the form of The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), Constructions Line, SafeContractor and regular Site Safety audits are conducted by Eastern Builders Safety Group, subsequently, all employees and sub-contractors are mandated and monitored in compliance with procedures that outline expectations. Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Cards are held by all employees relevant to their specialised Trade. To ensure safeguarding and provide assurance relevant employees and sub-contractors are subject to Data Barring Service (DBS) checks based upon eligibilities inline with the works being completed.
